ConnectWithMe.com requires all Members, and users who access or use any area of the ConnectWithMe.com Site to be eighteen (18) years old or older.
ConnectWithMe.com acts as a technology service to allow Members to share information, entertainment services or other products or services among themselves. ConnectWithMe.com does not evaluate, provide, produce, or control the Member Services, or information or exchanges between Members, in any manner. ConnectWithMe.com does not itself provide any content, information, entertainment services or other products or services, nor verify, guarantee or make any representations regarding the identity or qualifications of any Member. ConnectWithMe.com does not make editorial or managerial decisions concerning Member listing content.
By using the ConnectWithMe.com service, Members are bound by the Member Agreement to follow all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations, and ordinances relating to communications, and record keeping obligations.
Members are solely responsible for the content provided and the content on listings created under their ConnectWithMe.com profile accounts and are solely responsible for ensuring that they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to providing certain record location information where applicable.
All photographic and video materials on the Site are third party content uploaded by Members. Each Member provides, once at the profile level, signed consent or documentation confirming that the Member owns or controls the commercial rights to the materials uploaded under the profile and that every individual depicted is an adult who has consented to their display or sale. Each image and video uploaded is verified against the documentation previously provided for that profile. Records are maintained and provided to the Company upon request, consistent with Our Age Verification & KYC Policy.
